Stacey and Keith 09.30.08  |  Weddings

This wedding was very special to me and it meant a lot to be there capturing the day. Stacey was one of my first best friends when I made the HUGE transition from private to public school in the 5th grade. She is a very kind person with a bubbly personality and infectious laugh. I'm so happy to see that she hasn't changed a bit! When I first met Keith and witnessed first hand how he much loved every ounce of her, I knew he was "the one". It was so great getting to re-connect with Stacey's family and old friends. It brought back a lot of memories!

Stacey & Keith married August 30, 2008

Getting Ready: The Rose Hotel, Pleasanton

Ceremony: St. Charles Borromeo Church, Livermore, CA

Reception: Palm Event Center, Pleasanton

Floral Design: Nicole Ha

Photography: Jennifer Skog

Stacey's nieces/flower girls. Too cute!!! {and little hams for the camera too!}

This is my girlfriend, Christy (also a bridesmaid) holding another friend/bridesmaids new baby, Samantha. Isn't she sooooo cute!!!! Yes, I kind of have a little baby fever!

I love Stacey's mom!

More sweet flower girl fun and of course... THE DRESS!!!

I love this series of Stacey's dad seeing her for the first time.

And Stacey's brother, Ryan couldn't keep his eyes off of her.

Like I mentioned before, Stacey has a way with making people laugh, she is just too cute!

Another friend from way back when, Tami, sang at the ceremony. She had most of us in tears.

This family shot just cracks me up! The joining of two families :)

And the gorgeous bride and groom...

Cocktail hour in the Palm Event Center's Estate Room.

Gorgeous cake and of course incredible floral work by Nicole Ha! I'm a bit biased, but I love the colors too!

I absolutely love how Keith looks at Stace...

Dave and Gretchen Part III 09.24.08  |  Weddings

The final day of Dave and Gretchen's fabulous wedding weekend : THE WEDDING!!! Getting to spend three days with this crowd was so fun and by the end of the weekend, I got to know everyone a little better and wasn't just "the photographer". Thanks so much everyone for including me in your day! I had a blast! Below are the details:

Dave & Gretchen married August 23, 2008

Venue: Auberge du Soleil

Event Design / Coordinator: Cindy Danbom, Bella Notte Events

Hair & Make-up: Taylor Pham, Thi Cosmetics

Floral Design: Water Lily Pond Floral Design

Ceremony Music: Nova Jazz

Linens : Wildflower Linens

Photography: Jennifer Skog

Taylor did such an incredible job with Gretchen's hair and make-up!

I ADORE this shot of Gretchen's sister, mom, and bridesmaid watching her leave to go see her groom for the first time.

Dave was so charming in his three piece suit.

First Sight....

LOVE the floral details.

Hello gorgeous bride!!!!

Gretchen's brother is so cute... Look at his expression when seeing his big sis for the first time all dressed up!

Needless to say, it was a sunny day in the Napa Valley! I love this shot of Gretchen walking down the aisle.

A little private time right after the ceremony.

The incredible room Cindy designed for dinner.

Dave and Gretchen gave Cindy complete freedom in designing the reception room - I love the whimsical feel she gave to it. And the special drinks of the night, two of my favorites : the cosmo and the mojito.

Everyone cut loose at the reception, even Grandma :) I love this shot!

Dave & Gretchen Part II 09.22.08  |  Weddings

Day Two of Dave and Gretchen's celebration weekend started with a tour of the Napa Valley by train! In all of my 10 years of legal drinking age, I have never been on one of the wine train tours! It was fun! They had rented out the caboose of the train, so we even got to stand out on the back of the train where we could enjoy the ride from outside!

The rehearsal dinner was held at Tra Vigne in the couryard.

Can't beat good food and wine!
